Based in the North East of England we are a property development and investment company with a breadth of experience spanning across the UK. We deliver exceptional places for people to live, work and play. Through our passion for thoughtful design combined with intelligent execution, we pride ourselves in creating spaces that innovate the local environment whilst maximising economic growth and social value.
We originate opportunities and invest our own money alongside development and investment partners. We manage projects from inception to completion.
iMpeC focuses on city centre commercial and mixed-use developments, strategic land opportunities and out of town residential development through its sister company, Maple Oak Homes.
Current projects include the £180m Milburngate mixed use project in Durham City; The Fram Well, a government office building adjacent to Durham City railway station; The Acorns, a 108-unit residential development within Spennymoor and Barcusclose Lane, Burnopfield, a strategic land development site providing 60 new homes in County Durham.
We have a number of other land holdings which are in their early phases of planning. We are investing our time and resources reimagining their purpose, proposition and market positioning. Further details will follow soon.
